   a settlement with conditions based on junk science.

   With the vast amount of evidence exposing Merck for their lies and deceit, has the Bar Association done this country a complete disservice by creating a bunch of attorneys that are so afraid to fight Merck in court. The plaintiffs in the Vioxx lititgation are not being represented and sold down the river for the God almighty buck.
