    Cause of Actions: …
    Cause of Actions: Negligence,Wrongful Death, Emotional Distress, Trauma, beat out the act of God defenses. Reasonable care they missed because they did not cut the tree down or replace it and they had prior knowledge of the tree being a potential hazard.
