My mate has a claim in for an injury which occurred a few years ago,he has a good solicitor/barrister on the case from day one.
They have lodged a claim for £300.000.00.+.
This is mainly made up of future suffering and loss of earnings.
Will the insurance company let a case go to court or settle out of court?
It’s usual to settle out of court.
