I slipped & fell at a restaurant & broke my upper arm, shoulder & 3 ribs. How much settlement can I expect from the personal injury case? Does the restaurant’s insurance pay this?
All depends how you present your case to the judge or how much the insurance company wants to settle for. If they were at fault then you should expect medical bills to be paid, and wages you lost while out of work.

All depends how you present your case to the judge or how much the insurance company wants to settle for. If they were at fault then you should expect medical bills to be paid, and wages you lost while out of work.

No one can guarantee how much in damages you shall win, you’ve sustained a lot of injuries so you’ll probably get a good sum ask you solicitor he might be able to give an approximate sum, yes if the restaurant has insurance the insurance will definitely cover the cost for the compensation you receive.
