Im currently in the middle of a lawsuit against purdue pharma.

Also do you think that purdue pharma should ban the production of oxycontin?

Doctors should be prosecuted for writing scripts to easily…..But suing a drug company for producing something that was designed for people who have terminal cancer to help them be comfortable as their body begins to fail and they die is hardly justifiable.

It sounds like you’re looking to cash in…….I’d say you’re going to pay holy hell trying to get money out of a pharmaceutical company that allows people who are dying to pass without agonizing in pain…..Maybe your doctor should’ve used caution in writing the prescription……But I have a tough time believing that in this day and age, people don’t know the dangers of oxycontin, it’s effects and it’s addictive nature.
